Jewel Design Studio is an interior design practice run by Ben Selby, based in Walthamstow, East London. When we say "we", "us", or "our" on this page, we mean Jewel Design Studio.

When you use our contact form, we collect:

• Your phone number (if you choose to provide it)
• Details about your project that you share with us

If you book a consultation through our Stan Store page, Stan Store processes the transaction. We receive your name, email, and booking details. Stan Store's own privacy policy governs how they handle payment information.

How we use your data

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call
• Deliver consultation or design services you have booked
• Send you follow-up information related to your project

We do not sell, share, or pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

How we store your data

Contact form submissions are delivered to our email via FormSubmit.co. We store project correspondence in our email and project management systems. We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet our legal obligations.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking or analytics. If you visit pages with embedded Instagram or TikTok content (such as our Journal page), those platforms may set their own cookies according to their privacy policies.

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you have the right to:
